I like the idea here by putting some new functions on the original/current facebook chat layout such as, font settings, file shares, and chat options. In my opinion, I think it’s better to put more features (emoticon,background settings,etc.) since it still has a lot of empty space in the chat window.

Everything looks good from what I can see. I like the idea of being able to include pictures and such into the chat feature.
